WIRE: Hempstaff hosts marijuana dispensary staff training in Danverse, Mass on Saturday

DANVERS, Mass. — HempStaff, a medical marijuana staffing and training agency, is hosting a Medical Marijuana Dispensary Agent Training Class in Danvers, MA on Saturday, April 8, 2017. The class will be held at the Doubletree Boston North Shore, located at 50 Ferncroft Rd, Danvers, MA. There are 2 sessions to choose from: 8:00am-12:00pm or 1:30pm-5:30pm. The cost is $249 with prior online registration or $300 (cash-only) at the door, if seats are still available.

Marijuana Dispensary staffing needs will change in New England as Massachusetts and Maine clear the way for the launch of their recreational programs. In addition, New York is reviewing applications to add five more licenses which will lead to 20 more medical marijuana dispensaries. HempStaff’s four-hour course is designed to prepare participants for work a marijuana dispensary so that business owners are getting educated and well-prepared candidates when filling new, entry-level positions. This specific course covers regulations in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey.

The course educates the participants on cannabis and cannabis products along with all the information to needed stay up-to-date with local recreational and medical marijuana laws. HempStaff offers its students a resume template and review to help best prepare them when seeking employment, in this course as well. The end of the course prepares students for the real world with a final exam, that the student must pass with a 75% or better to get their HempStaff Dispensary Agent Certificate.
