Oregon Liquor Control Commission releases marijuana applicant statistics

Portland, Ore. – The Oregon Liquor Control Commission has released early statistics on recreational marijuana license applicants.
The agency started taking applications in January, 2016.
As of January 6, the state has received 189 applications, with the most, 38, in Multnomah County and the second most, 22, in Clackamas County, according to the agency.
