Blue Tahoe from Atlas Farm (Oregon)
Strain: Blue Tahoe (50-50 hybrid cross of Tahoe OG Kush and Blueberry)(Sold at Cannabliss in Oregon)
Grower: Atlas Farm (Southern Oregon)
Onset time: About three minutes
Fade: About an hour and 28 minutes
Tingling (where did you feel it): Forehead, temples, cheeks, shoulders, forearms, hands, butt, shins, feet.
Control: Stoney and spacey. Focus is hard to maintain and there’s a foggyness to the high. Control is poor.
Emotions: Calm, peaceful, at-ease, relaxed.
Energy level: Low
Smell: Earthy, sweet, spice, some berry and pine on grinding.
Relieves: Insomnia, pain, muscle aches, headache, good on the ganglion cyst pain in my hand, anxiety, stress, PTSD. Might try this next time I get shin splints as well – tingles in that area and there’s nice muscle relaxation.
Positives: Calming stuff. Makes you feel very relaxed and at peace with the world. Sedentary stuff. It’s become my go-to sleep strain. One of the best insomnia strains I’ve tried.
Negatives: Buds are a bit dry.
Other notes: Well trimmed, dense buds. Packs a good wallop too, strength wise. I’d recommend going a little easy on the first smoke of this one until you see how strong it feels.
