Strain: ZootBites Kooki Dough (Two 10 mg THC servings)(Sold at The HerberyMary Jane’s House of Grass and High-5 Cannabis)
Grower: Zoots (Db3)(Washington)
Onset time: Took about an hour and a half to kick in, which is a bit faster than most edibles on me. Typically it takes about two and a half hours for edibles to work on my slow metabolism. (chewing an edible longer in your mouth can sometimes speed onset – because a bit of the oil dissolves in the mucus membranes and bypasses the digestive system).
Fade: About four and a half hours
Strength: Medium (I took the full 20 mg, which was a good level for me. Beginners should start with one 10-mg dose – or even half of one – then wait a few hours before deciding if a larger dose is needed.).
Tingling (where did you feel it): Mid-forehead, cheeks, shoulders, forearms, feet, shins, mid-back.
Control (can you maintain focus, etc): Euphoric high, but I can control my focus just fine. It’s reasonably clear.
Emotions: Calm, relaxed, happy.
Paranoia: No.
Energy level: Low to medium. Good for mellow housework, or just chilling on the couch.
Taste: Chocolate chip cookie dough – nailed it. No weed taste at all. Very nice flavor. Buttery, light, chocolatey and crumbles in your mouth.
Relieves: Sore back, stiff muscles, anxiety, stress.
Positives: Very encompassing array of muscle relaxation and body buzz. Also decent pain relief.
Negatives: Some munchies.
Other notes: This would be a great one for relaxing at a barbecue or picnic, but also as a regular desert – with the relaxation effects kicking in a few hours after to get you ready for bed.
