Strain: Chong’s Choice Big Black Cherry (Indica descendant and possible cross of a Granddaddy Purple hybrid and Ken’s OG)(Sold at Mary Jane’s House of Grass in Washington)
Grower: Shango (The company’s Washington grow – they also have several stores in Oregon and one in Nevada)(Shango Washington is grown by RGL Industries)
Onset time: About two minutes
Fade: About an hour and 20 minutes
Strength: Strong
Tingling (where did you feel it): Lips, shoulders, cheeks, knees, thighs, crotch, upper arms, upper back.
Control: Big fuzzy euphoria, but I can focus and concentrate with a little effort. Decent social function.
Emotions: Calm – great calming effect with this one. Also happy, relaxed.
Paranoia: No
Energy level: Moderate. Movement is OK, but it’s a little on the couchy side.
Smell: Musk, cherry – almost a dark cherry liquor scent. Citrus notes come out on grinding.
Relieves: Anxiety, stress, PTSD, body aches.
Positives: Soothing pillow of a head high and body buzz. One of the more calming products I’ve tried. Nice in-the-moment feel to it. Good happy mood adjuster.
Negatives: Some minor harshness to the smoke.
Other notes: Nice fat, dense nug that’s well trimmed with good moisture. Love the little jars – they keep the buds from getting squished.
