Bear OG from Cascadia Gardens
Strain: Bear OG (Hybrid of OG #17 and an unknown strain)(Sold at The Herbery)
Grower: Cascadia Gardens (Washington)
Onset time: About three minutes (2 hits)
Fade: About an hour and 10 minutes
Tingling (where did you feel it): Cheeks, ears, lips, foot bottoms, forehead, shoulders, boobs, jaw
Control: Good. Focus is fine, although there’s a very strong euphoria
Emotions: Energetic, awake, creative, socially engaged.
Paranoia: No but it’s a little jittery
Energy level: Sativa-like energy boost – good to go and ready to roll. I’d try this one as a workout strain.
Smell: Flowery, musk, a little lemon
Relieves: Very nice on the sore shoulders, and great hyperfocus.
Positives: Crisp head high with good social function, good for creative projects. This is actually one of the best social strains I’ve tried.
Negatives: Dry mouth.
Other notes: Another very loose trim job (this sample was from early 2016, though, and I’ve noticed Cascadia has improved the trimming on some of its more recent products). Cascadia Gardens is a great high quality grower – and if they continue to work on their trimming they’ll be just about perfect as a top tier grower. Also, I don’t buy things based on THC count (I think it’s a bit misleading), but if you’re looking for that, this strain from Cascadia has been consistently above 30 percent.
