Black Alpaca from Welwater
Strain: Black Alpaca (A Blackberry Kush phenotype)(Sold at the Cannabis Country Store)
Grower: Welwater (Vancouver, Washington)
Onset time: About three minutes (took two hits)
Fade: About an hour
Tingling (where did you feel it): Bottoms of feet, cheeks, crotch, around ears, forearms, back of skull, lips, shoulders.
Control (can you maintain focus, etc): Hazy foggy head high but I can focus through it with some effort.
Emotions: Floaty, calm, at-ease
Energy level: Low and couchy
Smell: Musky with a hint of spice. Some berry and pine notes after grinding.
Relieves: Possibly good for PTSD or anxiety. It’s a great in-the-moment sort of high. Feels relaxing with my PTSD.
Positives: Very chill, konk-you-on-the-head relaxing indica.
Negatives: A little too fuzzy headed for my tastes. Also, always check the bag before you buy Black Alpaca – they’re trimming is a bit erratic – sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s very leafy.
Other notes: Harsh smoke – even through the bong. But otherwise a very nice overall body relaxer and pain reliever.
