KCB Mango from Shango
Strain: KCB Mango (Hybrid cross of Afghani and KC-33)(Sold at Shango in Portland, Oregon)
Grower: Shango (The dispensary’s in-house Oregon grow)
Onset time: About five minutes (2 hits)
Fade: About an hour
Strength: Mild to medium
Tingling (where did you feel it): Jaw, forehead, shoulders, upper back, foot bottoms, hands.
Control: Slight head fog but it’s not overwhelming. Can focus and function.
Emotions: A little twitchy, but I think I had too much coffee beforehand. Otherwise I feel sort of neutral, curious, engaged.
Energy level: Medium – good to go!
Smell: Strong mango peel scent. Also pine and fruit.
Relieves: Shoulder tension
Positives: Sort of a light, focusing sativa-dominant hybrid. Good shoulder relaxation, upper body tingles.
Negatives: A bit on the weak side for me, but this would be a nice one for beginners.
Other notes: Really amazing mango smell. Smooth tasty smoke. Not particularly strong, but it’s a nice feel for a mellow afternoon. I’d suggest this for beginners – it’s a nice clean mix – but regular smokers might find it a bit weak. Bud and flower quality are good.

Smell: A soft sweet mango sent with some pine notes
Relieves: Stress, angry or foul moods
Positives: I can see this being a good starter strain for some people since it’s more on the mellow side
